Is This How To Save the Arts and Non Profits in the Face of Gentrification?

I want to share this post from Mike Scutari from Inside Philanthropy. The model he talks about in San Francisco could be applicable perhaps in Los Angeles, New York, or any U.S. city where rents have gotten out of control. And given the looming federal tax bill and the negative consequences for non profit organizations and their ability to raise funding, it becomes even more relevant.
